Process
Understanding the needs of the residents
The first step involves interacting with the existing residents of the building/society and getting clarity about their expectations.
Conducting an in-depth location analysis
After understanding the expectations, a team visits the site and performs a detailed study of the site and its immediate neighbourhood.
Preparing the redevelopment blueprint
This stage involves creating a template of the redevelopment work that will be implemented with proposed designs of indoor & outdoor spaces.
Fine-tuning the proposal as per PMC framework
Once the proposed designs are ready, they are matched with the rules and regulations of PMC, with necessary tweaking being done.
Registration of legal agreement with the housing society
After bringing the proposal for redevelopment in sync with PMC's guidelines, a legal agreement is signed with the housing society to proceed.
Obtaining approvals from PMC
Post the legal agreement, the procedure is started for all the construction related approvals from the relevant departments of PMC.
Shifting of residents prior to site takeover
Before commencing the redevelopment activity at the site, the existing residents are moved into suitable accommodation for a comfortable stay.
Commencing redevelopment as per sanctioned plan
With the residents having relocated and all approvals in place, demolition and construction work is taken up, as per the sanctioned plan by PMC.
Availing occupancy and completion certificate
Once the redevelopment work is accomplished as per the sanctioned plan, authorities are approached for occupancy and completion.
Handover of homes with new member inductions
A grand handover ceremony is conducted at the new building with a warm welcome for all the existing & new members of the society.
