A quality control team with the required expertise, qualification, knowledge and authority, works round the clock to meet the quality goals in regards to timeliness, safety and product procurement.
Some of our Quality Practices:
- Usage of primary steel from the producers authorised by the Ministry of Steel
- Grade 1 cement procured directly from the factory ensures that the cement is utilised within the laid down period
- Fly Ash bricks used in the toilet construction for extra strength and prevent leakages and seepage
- Use of RCC shear walls instead of brickwork for more durability
- We use plaster on the internal walls before coating with gypsum
- While executing flooring, waterproofing is done at all four corners
- External monsoon facing side of the building undergoes extensive waterproofing before painting to minimise damage from monsoon rains
- We carry out third party quality control audit/checks through NABL accredited laboratories
- Before every slab casting, its formwork and scaffolding undergo inspection by a qualified third party
- Mandatory staff safety (BOCW) and staff insurance compliances under government regulations are fulfilled as a part of staff welfare practices
- Well trained and well-informed staff trained on-site through Government approved Kushal training modules
